Do you have a surplus baby?
Corpus Christi Caller-Times | Submitted by: Scarecrow
Got an extra baby that you don't need/want? The answer in Texas is legal abandonment -- leave your baby at one of a number of approved abandonment points, and authorities can fucking deal with it. You don't even need to identify yourself. Other states, take notice or be left behind.

"It's anatomically correct," Silbereis said, lifting up the cape to reveal a T-shirt bearing a rendering of a fetus. Silbereis said he feels bad if he offended anyone but wonders why his costume did so. "It's just another body part," he said. "They teach us about it in school."

Anthrax strain was developed by U.S. military
Agence France Presse | Submitted by: Soylent
Reports that the anthrax was "weapons grade" are probably correct -- the anthrax that has been reported was developed by the U.S. military and then sold to various laboratories worldwide. So, it will probably be quite difficult to pin the "leak" source down based on the strain alone.
