Luckily no one was using the Automated Public Convenience at the time but it was badly damaged and remained closed on Wednesday while engineers worked at the site... Officers found the roof ripped off and smoke coming from inside. Parts of the surrounding pavement had also been lifted. When police questioned him, Gates reportedly tried to throw away the crack pipe. News 8 reported Gates was arrested and began fighting with officers, even smashing a side mirror of a police car... Jesus Rivera, a drama and Spanish teacher at Golden Valley High School in Merced, appeared in court Tuesday. He is charged with sexually assaulting four students. Rivera pleaded not guilty. Marc's thought it bought 50 cartons of toys and a carton of clay figurines at auction. What it didn't expect was a box containing human bones - 12 skulls, in fact - most of which had a ceramic coating. Workers at the discount chain's warehouse in Brook Park called police Friday after discovering the bones in a box they thought contained clay handicrafts.
