"Authorities are investigating how a Jacksonville toddler got high on cocaine after preschool workers noticed she was acting strangely. The girl, who is between 18 and 24 months old and was not identified, was taken to the hospital Monday after preschool workers noticed she wouldn't eat and was unsteady on her feet. Both of the toddlers' parents tested negative for cocaine at the hospital, authorities said."
