Oregon Bill Fails To Outlaw Semen Throwing
Oregon Live | Submitted by: furpo
The bill reads, "For the purpose of arousing or gratifying the sexual desire of the person or another person, intentionally propels any dangerous substance at a victim who does not consent thereto. As used in this section, dangerous substance means blood, urine, semen or feces." The clause extends from an incident at a Target store in which a man threw his semen at a shopper as part of a gang ritual. This law doesn't cover that, since gang initiation is a ritual that is not by any stretch "sexual gratification." Doh!
